The Mayor's House
About Belltown
Venturing away from the Town Square, you stop in front of an unassuming house on a residential street where a crowd of people have gathered. You listen in on the conversation and determine a town leader is holding court with residents.

It seems that Belltown was recently beset by a strange gray mist. Entire sections of town have been walled off by the mist, trapping some of the residents within. Those remaining have ventured outside of town only find the surroundings not as they remember; hills where there should have been a stream, a cave where the fairgrounds used to be.

None of the town's official leadership remains; however, one younger woman whose mother held a leadership position unwillingly inherited the role when her mother turned up missing in the chaos.

No one seems interested in your presence at the moment.
